Playgroup General Information
We would appreciate it if the playgroup coordinator refers all playgroup participants to this page prior to the playgroup. Thank you
20 children maximum (If exceeded, $6 will be charged for each additional child up to 25 maximum)
Play equipment is for the use of children 7 years and younger.
$130 per hour weekdays, $155 per hour weekends.
A $100 deposit is due within a week of booking a playgroup. If several playgroups are booked, a $100 deposit for each playgroup is due within a week of booking. The balance due is payable in cash or by personal check upon arrival.
Deposits are non-refundable.
We appreciate your assistance in implementing the following rules:
Children (and adults) must be in socks while on the mats and play equipment.
Adults are allowed inside the modular unit only to retrieve a hurt or crying child.
All soft play blocks must remain on the mats and all balls must stay in the ball pit.
Children should not fight, throw blocks, or engage in any activity that may cause injury to themselves or others.
Food and drinks must remain in the eating area.
Children's hands must be wiped after eating.
In case of severe snow or ice, the playgroup coordinator may reschedule the playgroup. When canceling a playgroup due to bad weather, please give at least two hours notice.
Please notify the party assistant at the start of the playgroup if food will be served. Food should only be served during designated eating times. We recommend a snack break at the halfway point. We would appreciate if snacks are not left out on the children's tables during the playgroup as they pose a choking hazard.
Please bring baby wipes to wipe children's hands after eating.
